After a lower start to January I’m back up to walking over 15000 steps per day and plan to keep this up through the rest of January. It’s harder to do on the days I go in to the office for work but is achievable by getting out of the office for a walk at lunch time, another short walk in the afternoon, and a longer walk when I get home.
