the dumbass alumina and barium based additives in jet fuel are probably a mild health hazard but nothing compared to what they are letting them put in your food
and they can't change the weather, at best they can slightly increase albedo where they spray, deliberately, the stuff they let them put into jet fuels is not a lot of material but due to traffic it is indeed increasing albedo over cities, but at the same time they are promoting teh use of heat pumps which have a net cooling effect on the outdoor microclimate of cities (due to the pulling in of heat from the outside to warm the inside, the outside has higher humidity)
but really, the real climate change is a cycle that happens whether we like it or not, it caused the auroras last may, and it is highly probable that within the next 2 years it will cause a major grid failure
but after 2 years it's gonna be relatively mellow, sun is quieter
in another 9 years after that (so, about 10 years from now) it's gonna be way worse
but you may find that hard to believe when your power goes out in the middle of autumn this year or late spring next year
