seems like there must be a hella dust storm going on over in the maghreb right now... the air is so hazy, can barely see a mile out to sea right now #madeira #weather
https://www.lemonde.fr/en/europe/article/2024/04/09/dust-cloud-from-sahara-causing-poor-air-quality-in-europe_6667810_143.html well, it's got to madeira now it's funny, i just got an air purifier two days ago and at first the PM2.5 sensor was reading about 5, all day today it's been at 9-12 after running for a while with the windows closed there's no particular industrial source of air pollution here, to speak of, but there has been very little wind this last few days also... and a strange feeling in the air i can't put my finger on it
