Make sure direct video and Composite sync is on when using the hdmi to vga adapter. Also vga mode=ypbpr
So the problems with the colors being off for my #misterfpga was my component switcher. Moved the cables in and out. Its fickle.

So went back to a retro rpg (phantasy star) after months. I didn't realize my save state was at the beginning of the game and I used regular saves. So I wiped my progress by loading a state....great all the grinding...fuck
