This will already be possible to do, within communities, once nostr:npub107jk7htfv243u0x5ynn43scq9wrxtaasmrwwa8lfu2ydwag6cx2quqncxg has finished his 30040 implementation because you can comment on items posted to the community, like a book club. Anything written in #Chachi will, of course, also show up in #Alexandria, once that has implemented the same kinds, and the discourse will probably show up in other clients, since they handle the discourse events.
