You may not realize this, but some people don't do #TheFollowThing because they have personal #relays where they allow/block npubs to the relay, or they use #DVM feeds or other #algos, so they keep what they're looking at **private**. Some people have moved on, technology-wise, but those are some of the most-active npubs.
