Alby if you hold down the zap button on Amethyst and go to the bottom click that alby logo and you can connect it to amethyst. https://i.nostr.build/lxKM.jpg It seems like you know but yea alby is a centralized solution. Best alternative for self custody to Zap is Mutiny. In setting go to wallet connections and can set up for primal and amethyst that way.

Mutiny does not support LN address, yet, but I believe it's coming soon via Fedimint. If you want self custodial LN address now, Zeus has it.
