I think it’s easier to cover if it’s actually happening. I know they’ve started doing it with excess methane but are they actually doing it with stranded hydro out in the middle of nowhere and that sort of thing yet?

If there is no incentive to harness stranded energy more efficiently(because the price of electricity in the middle of sahara desert is zero(no buyers) then no investment gets put into making it more efficient. If the incentive is present then human ingenuity can radically change human ability to make use of energy after a couple decades.
