I’ve never got this far before. You would think you would get hungrier over time, but it doesn’t seem like it works that way. My guess is that my body is converting fat into fuel which makes the hunger subside?

Try my app when you are done. It works like a gas tank, you fill up the tank, burn, repeat. When the counter goes off, it’s programmed to have burnt some extra fat and put you in a deficit. https://apps.apple.com/app/id1487273671

I did a 36 hour water fast once and ended up shitting myself. Other than that it wasn't too bad. Lol

Not only that. Most don't consider it but the amount of parasites you have greatly affects your hunger, along the quality of the last meal you had.

72 hours is the magic minimum something happens to your metabolism, about 48 hours you start to go into ketosis and at 72 hours autophagy begins, and the length of the beneficial effects of just one 72 hour fast is quite amazing, i mean, literally, for months afterwards you feel just that much better
