#chainanalysis gets more irrelevant the more that #lightning is usable instead of #onchain
i get my pay to a fresh address on my bitcoin core node
onchain transfer that to my #NoKYC wallet of satoshi, and zap zap zap zap it goes, first to my #xapo bank to pay rent and the rest to my alby hub where it sits ready to zap to the bank or wherever, nostr, bitrefill, random vendor that accepts LN
no traces on a guaranteed immutable ledger
i don't have the patience or the need to wait for or pay for on chain security and slow processing
people who whine about how "lightning can't scale to everyone" are being so retarded i could scream
at this point, the utilisation of the chain for Lightning channel transactions can increase a hell of a lot more, at this point a bit over 5000 bitcoin in channels, each of which can transmit at least half that in volume every few seconds
probably a lot more capacity exists for private channels than that, also, and yet even still the on chain tx fee is ~4sat/vbyte
obviously we can open a lot more channels yet before even touching the economic limit of this system
i have no patience for lightning haters, they are just completely out of touch with reality, and most especially the moneros and shitcoiners who don't get it, they are even worse because it doesn't take that much time to learn about what is really happening out there in the wild
