Primal has no global feed. 😐
I couldn't understand why they insisted on preloading follows, but their feeds are empty, otherwise. Except for trending. You can't just go find new people.
Only the tribe contains people I know and a newbies would have that. It's all follows-based, not relay-based.
That means that new users don't know how Nostr works. We used to immediately learn about relays, but primal frontloads their own relay and their cache relay and a bunch of follows. And then they mess everything up and everyone bails because they think Nostr is down.
