They probably wanted to differentiate as much as possible from the Switch 1, so a Wii U situation won't ever happen again (remember how they changed the console to black in most of their marketing? lol), but that'll be easily fixed with some joycons and limited editions that they'll release.

Yeah there's some pretty joycons around for Switch like the Zelda ones, but.. is such a pity the left one is a waste 😔 hope they have the insight to understand no one buys those to play with family
If there's something I'm annoyed is the size. I get it, it had to be bigger because that's what people were begging for, but I hate holding my OLED, imagine this monstrosity (can't even start thinking about the Steam Deck).

And it's rounder than Switch 1 so it may be more tiring to hold for long, calling even more for Skull & Co grip.
