41 hours in, decided to break the fast. This headache didn't seem to be going away anytime soon. I couldn't reach my goal this time around, but I'm ok with that. I'll be doing 36 hour fast more often now, and I can build up to a long fast with time. Thanks to everyone who gave me encouragement π«π« #waterfast
38 hours in. Woke up with a headache this morning, drank water and lurked Nostr in bed. Got up after a bit and drank some salt water and took a shower, and feeling a lot better. Hunger is not as much of a problem this time around, but I'll knock on wood. I have a haircut appointment this morning, but besides that I'm really just going to chill out all day. #waterfast

Good night βοΈπ§‘ 25.5 hours. Mild headache, but good salt intake today. I need to drink more water than I'm drinking currently. #waterfast
24 hours done, many more to go π #waterfast
22 hours in feeling the first big hump to overcome. Luckily the solution is literally to just do nothing. π #waterfast
15.5 hours in. First hunger flare up, but it's not too bad. Deploying more water. #waterfast
Good morning βοΈπ§‘ 13 hours into the fast. But starting after dinner gives you the first 12 hours for free, so this is where the fun starts. #waterfast

My lead up was 6 months of cutting seed oils and most processed foods from my diet. Then I just drank water, tea, and salt as needed for 4 days. It was difficult. Check out #WaterFast and you'll see my posts. Broke the fast with bone broth, a egg/milk shake, and then a feast of Mexican takeout and sushi.
After 92 hours, I've decided to break my fast π Thank you everyone who's accompanied me through this. I couldn't have gotten this far without you. It's the longest fast I've ever done. I hope to do this again in a few months for sure. It's definitely tough. Bone broth now, milk/egg shake later, then going to my favorite Mexican place βοΈ #WaterFast https://i.nostr.build/nDWn.jpg#m=image%2Fjpeg&dim=2040x1536&blurhash=%238B%7Bu%25TJ0h%2C%5BDlR6%3FFtQI%3BS%7E%5E%25xt02nOxZofE2-V5Y-p%5EiNGxsS%24R.a1w%7B%5E*4%3BM%7B%7EANaI%3Bs%3A%251M%7CM%7C-oW%3DE2s.%24%25r%3FI%3BSznixaW%3DR*WBn%24smNHNakXt7smoKWVI%3ANasmaK&x=98a3d389702bdfd64e561310efb13092ad0f8d02f59a9ddadf847daff77b0c82
86 hours in. Last night was hard. I had a headache and really felt like giving up. Eventually got to sleep. In the morning, still felt really low and achy. I let the time pass, played some music. Now I've showered and everything, and I feel fine and the melancholy has passed. The hunger is basically gone and I think my bowels completely cleared out yesterday. I'm feeling an ache in my neck and my other leg today. I can make it another day. Drinking a lot of water. #WaterFast
70 hours in. I miss food. My sister came over to accompany me to my eye checkup, and I made her some ramen and bacon (I'm low on ingredients, for obvious reasons), but I had no desire to eat any myself. I'm too determined to see this through at this point. But I did ask her to hold onto a bag of beef jerky I bought beforehand because I keep eyeing it. Also been having the weirdest diarrhea. I'm getting flushed out with all this water lmao. I could probably go in for a colonoscopy after this, but I'm way too young for that π #WaterFast
62 hours in. Had a hard time going to sleep last night, but I got there. Woke up often, but otherwise just chilled in bed. My stomache was grumbling in the morning, and I figured at this point I was just gassy since that happens often. So I took an anti-gas pill and after an hour or so, I feel a lot better. Wasn't really hungry after all. I do have a weird ache in my left ankle and calf that I'm sure will ease up with time. #WaterFast
50 hours in. I made it through day 2. Good night and thanks for all of your support βοΈπ§‘ Let's see what tomorrow brings. #WaterFast
45 hours in. Taking a walk helps so much when fasting. I highly recommend it. I even got to see a ton of turtles π’ Thanks nostr:npub1q6ya7kz84rfnw6yjmg5kyttuplwpauv43a9ug3cajztx4g0v48eqhtt3sh There's a Bitcoin meetup nearby for genesis day but it's really up to a coin toss whether I'll go just to drink water out of my thermos. #WaterFast
44 hours in. The hunger hasn't let up at all today, so I just need to keep powering through. Watching Food Wars is counterintuitively helpful. It's better than staring at my kitchen. Also, my mouth is getting dry really fast. I'm recording more of SOFTWAR, but I'm running out of steam faster because of that. Switched to editing what I have recorded. Just need to keep on keeping on. #WaterFast
38 hours in. I slept very well. I wake up a couple times at night anyway, but the sleep I got in between was better than usual. Hunger levels are low, but I'm constantly aware of how easy it is to think about food and break the fast. I did wake up really thirsty and with that mild headache again, so I just drank a ton of water and the rest of the salted tea from my thermos. I'm like the Ibex. I crave that mineral. #WaterFast
25 hours in. Today went by well. I was pretty tired for the first half of the day. Salt helped my mild headaches. I drank a ton of boiled water and tea with a little Himalayan salt. Ran an errand, took a walk, and ended the day with an Epsom salt bath. I still feel hungry, but it comes and goes. Overall, feeling good and refreshed. Let's see what tomorrow brings. #WaterFast
Water doesn't satiate. It merely distracts. Wonder if this will change in the coming days. #WaterFast
Is watching an anime about food a good or bad idea while fasting? 18 hours in. Had to drive someplace about an hour and half round trip. Mild headache and ignorable hunger. Mostly vegging out now. Will make tea later. #WaterFast.
