Well, jumping out of the 17th floor of your building where you live on the 10th is not really so suspicious is it? Others jump off buildings where they don't live. I used to live in Studentenstadt - a big student housing in Munich and we had community apartments. They introduced those, reducing the capacity by turning one apartment per 20, to counter the common suicides of students jumping off these high buildings semi weekly or so. They wanted to close those after other places to socialize opened. Obviously students that had an apartment, asked for those community apartments to remain at their disposal and one asked polemically: "Want to see if people return to jumping out of windows?". The administration's answer was: "Nah, the trend is more towards jumping in front of trains." Apparently in Russia there is no such trend 🤔
