Why do you need to justify it? Other animals are fine with eating eachother, even the ones that are omnivores and have a "choice". If you claim humans are special and need to be held on a higher moral standard than animals, then you cannot claim a humans and animals are worth the same (or are "brothers and sisters") since that would be in deep contradiction with your own original premise.
