Come on by! 🤣
This burger is from a calf and it is so delicious and tender.
Close. Southeast Wyoming! 🤣

calf meat is low in fat and that makes the meat stringy and the muscle fibres very linear and IT FUCKING STINKS ok? maybe it is a delicacy where you live in a place that they don't kill cattle mostly until they reach 18 months but here in europe they kill far more under this age and the meat is awful as a daily driver, really, really, really awful why do you think wagyu and angus have such a good reputation? mostly because they don't kill them until they are ready lol really, i am offended that you are promoting stringy, pale coloured rubbish as being "tender" yes it's juicy, for sure, as opposed to greasy
i'm considering moving to those parts, what is your opinion about that?
Calf elk? I guarantee this does not stink.
If your asking about Wyoming, it's best to come visit in the winter to see if you can hang with it or not.
i already liked it in high altitude plains in winter in Sofia, i know it's more brutal (about 2x as high and windy, and 25% as wet) but i like that... i know you have to be prepared, good clothes, good house, etc
ohhhhhhh ok that's a different thing i'm so used to the endless supply of veal here in the european soviet socialist union that i thought it might be a delicacy where you are to eat young cow, i hope you agree that is folly
It's actually pretty airid here, average anuaul precipitation is around 11-13 inches and humidity is low.
It is very lean though. Until your system gets use to it, it'll make for some mean farts! 🤣
haha, ok, so a bit like rabbit but dark then
yeah, aside from Sofia the other place i really loved was Canberra, also similar, around 1800ft and also dry and cold, not quite as cold but more dry one of the things i've noticed about higher altitude places is that people tend to be more quiet, and after being here in madeira for a year i need some quiet, really bad
No. Similar to deer or lean beef, other then taste.
yeah, or like veal, which is lean, and stinky like venison i prefer venison tho, it's a nice funk not like a premature beef
